Moonhac products are made to order. Production and delivery estimates depend on the product, destination, and selected shipping method.
Production and dispatch
Your order is prepared for production after payment is confirmed. We will email you when your order enters production and again when tracking becomes available. Production and carrier transit are separate stages, so delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Shipping charges and tracking
Shipping charges are calculated from the product, quantity, destination, and delivery service selected at checkout. When tracking is provided by the carrier, we will send it to the email address used for your order.
International orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their destination country. These charges are not controlled by Moonhac and are not included in the product price unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
Address accuracy
Please review your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you need a correction, email sales@moonhac.com immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered production.
